Verification

We authenticate products using multiple security images to ensure their legitimacy. If an item is claimed to be from a specific designer brand, we conduct a thorough cross-verification process.

Dispute resolution:

If an issue arises, you can open a dispute directly within R.E.A.C.H. to request a refund.

Covered scenarios:

R.E.A.C.H. buyer protection applies if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described. Additionally, we will release sufficient funds for shipping, which are non-refundable, and require a verifiable tracking number to ensure secure and transparent transactions.
